Threat Management Seminar

Corporate Emergency Medical Training

Identify. Assess. Manage. Prevent.

Tomahawk’s Threat Management Seminar provides organizations with a structured, behavior-based approach to identifying and managing potential threats before they escalate.

Grounded in real-world case analysis and proven frameworks, this seminar equips participants to recognize concerning behaviors, understand escalation patterns, and take appropriate action early in the threat cycle.

The seminar is offered in two tracks, each tailored to a distinct audience and role within a workplace violence prevention program. Both tracks share a common foundation, including a practical definition of workplace violence, the Pathway to Violence as a prevention framework, and key categories of reportable behaviors, with role-specific content aligned to the intended audience.

Both tracks incorporate scenario exercises designed to reinforce learning objectives and test internal processes, including how concerns are received, triaged, assessed, and managed within each client’s environment.

In this course, participants will earn their First Care Provider (FCP) certification and learn:

  • The RACE model: React, Activate 911, Care for the injured, Evacuate
  • Key medical interventions to combat preventable causes of death while maintaining situational awareness and safety during traumatic events
  • The confidence and skills necessary to save themselves, fellow employees, or other citizens with life-threatening injuries
