Close Quarters Clearance (CQC) Training

Close Quarters Clearance (CQC) Training

Methodical Clearance® and Hostage Rescue

This suite of specialized courses prepares law enforcement officers for high-stress, close quarters situations. The courses re-establish, refine, and develop your unit’s tactical standard operating procedures (SOPs) in a close quarters environment, ensuring every officer is uniformly trained on the same tactics and methods.
At Tomahawk, we use our years of military combat experience and the latest tactical skills to develop and deliver this training.

Tomahawk’s CQC methodology empowers everyone to be a leader.

Our flexible methodology is based upon standardized tactics and driven by threats. We create a shared understanding of the goals and procedures and maximize team cohesion by enabling every officer to make decisions in a tactical environment.

  • “There is no ego involved when Tomahawk teaches. They’ve never shot down any questions that we have had. They take the time to explain the ‘why’ behind everything they teach and do not give the standard ‘because we’ve always done it this way’ answer. As a result, it allows for absolute buy-in from the top down with our team.”
