Matthew Rosenberg serves as the Program Manager for Tomahawk Institute, developing online educational material for corporate and law enforcement clients, as well as creating supplemental material to support Tomahawk’s in-person training. He brings a unique perspective to the Tomahawk team with his background in law enforcement, federal investigations, and emergency medicine.
Mr. Rosenberg, a retired special agent, boasts a distinguished 20-year career in federal law enforcement, serving with the US Secret Service (USSS), Food and Drug Administration, and Homeland Security Investigations (HSI). Specializing in transnational criminal enterprise investigations, he tackled issues such as street gangs, human smuggling, narcotics and firearms trafficking, counterterrorism, and fraud. Mr. Rosenberg's tactical expertise stems from roles in the USSS's Counter Assault Team and leadership in HSI's National Capital Region Special Response Team. Mr. Rosenberg also accumulated two decades of emergency services experience as a nationally registered Emergency Medical Technician. His clinical proficiency extends to prehospital emergency medical care, thanks to his experience in special rescue operations. He joined Tomahawk in August 2020.
Mr. Rosenberg holds a B.A. from Penn State University and an M.B.A. from Philadelphia University. A native of Philadelphia, he currently resides in central Virginia with his wife and children.
