John Veltri

Program Manager

John Veltri serves as a Program Manager for Tomahawk, overseeing threat vulnerability as well as technical and security assessments for private and corporate clients. Mr. Veltri has significant experience as a Program Manager in defense contracting, having managed numerous sensitive contracts that provided specialized material, training, and technical services to U.S. Special Operations Forces worldwide.

Mr. Veltri served 28 years in the U.S. Army, primarily in the Special Operations Community, retiring as a Chief Warrant Officer Five from the 5th Special Forces Group. Mr. Veltri conducted numerous deployments in support of Operations Desert Shield/Storm, Restore Hope, Iraqi Freedom, Inherent Resolve, and several other missions worldwide. He was assigned to U.S. Central Command’s Joint Security Directorate, performing vulnerability assessments of U.S. facilities throughout the Middle East. Mr. Veltri has been recognized with the Legion of Merit commendation, six Bronze Star Medals, two Defense Meritorious Service Medals, two Combat Infantryman’s Badges, a Valorous Unit Award, a Meritorious Unit Citation, and numerous other joint and individual awards.

Mr. Veltri is a graduate of the Defense Language Institute and holds Program Management certifications through Raytheon Technologies and the Institute of Project Management. He also holds a B.A. in Management from Austin Peay State University. He is a registered volunteer with Team Rubicon. Mr. Veltri and his wife live in Clarksville, Tennessee.
