John Dyke is the Vice President of Corporate Programs at Tomahawk. Since 2022, he has focused on overseeing Tomahawk’s Interactive Threat Seminar and Incident Response Exercise programs.
Mr. Dyke was commissioned in the Infantry in 1995, serving with the 101st Airborne (Air Assault) and the 3rd Battalion, 75th Rangers. He was selected for the Special Forces in 1999 and, in support of America’s Global War on Terrorism after September 11th, conducted six combat deployments with the 5th Special Forces Group (Airborne) to Iraq, Afghanistan, and Syria. Mr. Dyke’s awards include the Legion of Merit, five Bronze Star Medals, four Meritorious Service Medals, the Defense Meritorious Service Medal, a Valorous Unit Award, a Meritorious Unit Citation, and the Combat Infantryman’s Badge. After 26 years of Army service, Mr. Dyke retired from the Special Forces in October 2021. Mr. Dyke is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point, New York. He holds a Master of Defense Analysis from the Navy Postgraduate School in Monterey, California, and a Master of National Security Strategy from the National Defense University in Washington, D.C.
Mr. Dyke lives in Clarksville, Tennessee, with his wife, Katie, and their two sons, Will and Ben.
