Casey Johnston is Director of Security Operations at Tomahawk Strategic Solutions, where he leads initiatives that help corporate clients navigate complex safety and security risks. With nearly 20 years of experience across the U.S. military and private sector, Casey brings a deep understanding of threat management, workplace violence prevention, and enterprise risk mitigation.
Prior to joining Tomahawk, Casey served as the Staff Vice President of Global Security, Risk, and Intelligence at Elevance Health. There, he oversaw a comprehensive security and safety program supporting more than 100,000 associates across 300+ locations worldwide. His leadership was instrumental in developing and operationalizing risk mitigation strategies that aligned with broader business objectives.
Casey began his career in the U.S. Army’s 5th Special Forces Group, where he served as an intelligence and communications specialist and completed multiple combat deployments. He holds a master’s degree in Homeland Security and Intelligence Studies and is a Certified Protection Professional (CPP) through ASIS International. He is also an active member of the Association of Threat Assessment Professionals (ATAP).
